What is Good Oral Hygiene?

How Can I Practice Good Oral Hygiene?

2) Eat a balanced diet and limiting snacks between meals.

3) See you dentist regularly for cleanings and check-ups.

4) Use good quality dental products that contain fluoride.

5) Use a good quality mouth rinse.

6) Drink plenty of water and avoid sugar, extra sticky, hard or acidic foods.
